Yes, but at the moment, your jailbreak will be tethered.

I'd advise you wait for the untethered jailbreak to be released--it'll be soon™ but I have no concrete estimation of when "soon™" is.

I don't think, TU preserves iPhone 4 BB. NO TU won't exit 4.3 recovery because it needs to be updated. 5k is normal size.
