Default Iphone 4 stuck in recovery mode with no active firmware?

OK, so I downloaded something through Cydia and it managed to lock my phone at the lockscreen. So i decided to just restart and update to 4.3 and just not deal with Jailbreaking for a while. So i went to just restore and update through iTunes. That was my big mistake it seems. The status bar on both the iphone4 and itunes got stuck. after more then an hour of waiting I decided to just unplug my phone and restart. Well now i seem to be stuck in recovery mode with no solution working that I have tried so far. Any ideas?

Looks like Apple has stopped signing 4.2.1 for all devices that can run 4.3. As a result TinyUmbrella needs a small update (until i fix the code that handles that).

that is what i get when i got to download it. That is the one solution that I have not looked much into

i just found an old version. I will try now. Thank you

I am stuck. I have no clue on how to even open or start using Tinyumbrella :/

I feel real stupid for not being able to figure any of this out. I am currently running Snow Leopard. I can't even get TinyUmbrella to open..

I tried that multiple times. I feel like my phone has no firmware to run off of on it.

i can get green poison to run. it gives me

    unable to find gbdevlist
    unable to find fs_mount
    " " " fs_unmount
    " " " fs_load_file

also i do not have a shsh blob saved to use with tiny umbrella.

Is it possible for an iphone to be permanently frozen

I am having this exact same problem... I can't find any way to restore the phone at all. I fear that the phone is completely screwed now...

I ended up solving this problem. I used my friends Windows computer to just restore. It actually worked. I was shocked. Make sure they have the newest version of iTunes
