Can't Restore 3GS after clearing

Help.

I am about to sell my old iPhone 3Gs that I jailbroke and unlocked. I went to wipe my personal info using the Setting, Clear All Data and then it wouldn't boot.

I am not trying to restore it. I have used Tiny Umbrella to backup my SHSH files and it says that I have an iPhone 3GS 4.1 (8b117) SHSH but below in the the details it says Installed Firmware Version 4.0. I have downloaded and tried to restore iPhone2, 1_4.0_8A293_Restore.ipsw and iphone2, 1_4.0.1_8A306_Restore.ipsw and neither have worked. They both come back with a 1603 error at the end of trying to restore.

Before I reset the phone, I checked the Setting and it said the version was 4.0 but I seem to recall it being 4.0.1.

OK, I finally found a iPhone2,1_4.1_8B177_Restore.ipsw file from the Apple site and that seems to be restoring. We will see how this goes.

OK, It is restored. I guess I just needed the right file. Dohhhhhh!
