Newbie- need help with upgrading iphone version
It's been awhile that I've updated an iphone. Last one I updated, it was version 2.xx. Now I'm back to Iphone and it would like to update my 3.0 version with baseband of 4.26.08.
My cydia is not working, I try to access it, it loads then it kicks me out. How can I update my iphone to any of the 4.xx version?

You can use sn0wbreeze 2.2.1 (if you're on a pc) to update to 4.2.1 and keep the baseband at 04.26.08 Heres a video guide Sn0wbreeze 2.2.1 Jailbreak 4.2.1 / 4.2.6 on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch | Redmond Pie

Try upgrading to a later version of cydia?
