Error 3194 trying to restore iphone 3gs

i accidently upgraded to 4.3 and before stupidly realizing i cant downgrade i tried and now its stuck in a recovery loop. im trying to just restore to 4.3 but it comes up with that error. i cant put the phone into dfu because my power button is broken. any program to put it in dfu or would that even matter? any suggestions? thanks.

Did you happen to ever use TinyUmbrella or edit host files at any point in time on that computer?

i might have a long time ago on this computer? would you suggest using a differnt computer then that didnt?

i fixed it. i disabled my firewall and for some odd reason itunes couldn't connect to the servers and so i had ti run TinyUmbrella and then i was able to restore to 4.3 =D
