You can only install ultrasnow if you have openssh installed or ifile. If you do not have either just wait for cydia to finish loading

After playing with redsnow ultrasnow diskaid and the clock I finally have an operational phone on my carrier.

Could someone tell me if WinSCP will work in place of Diskaid.
