    Default 4.3 on itouch 2g - is it possible?

    where are all of the smart people?

    there is gotta to be a way to load 4.3 on itouch 2g. Need some Xda hackers over in this part of world

    iOS 4.3 is comprised entirely of ARMv7 across the devices that support it. The iPod touch 2G only supports ARMv6-encoded binaries.

    If we had the entire source code of iOS 4.3, then theoretically iOS 4.3 could be compiled for ARMv6. Until then, we're not getting anywhere very quickly on that front.

    Yea it can, u can also stuff a Ferrari engine on your 2G. But seriously what orb said
