10x Increase in daily Internet usage

Since the day i jailbroke 4.2.1 my daily average of internet usage has gone from 1-3mb to 20-25mb

i havent got mifi or anything like that tethering of any form

only apps i have are lockinfo, libweather, winterboard and cydia

anyone got any ideas :/

cydia sometimes does automatic updates (downloading release & packages), and then fails and does it ever time i use cydia that could be taking 3G.

Wenever i update/open cydia i get error updating bad url

I believe this is due to my carrier Three UK, any solutions?
