Default No Push in 4.2.1 6.15

Hello this my first post here!
So I've read around alot on the Internet and I've found my problem just doesn't seem to go away no matter what I do
I have an iPhone 3GS on bb 6.15 and 4.2.1 firmware I just put it in yesterday to fix my push problem. Whenever I have whatsapp or IM+ on and I put them in the background they disconnect which is very frustrating anyways I snowbreezed my phone to 4.2.1 then used the SAM trick to activate with vodafone Uk and then ultrasnow. But my push still isn't working I mean I really need whatsapp to work but it like always disconnects

Does SAM say you are wildcard activated?

Weird should be working then. Try downloading ipusher from the app store. It can test your push notifications.

Then your push notifications are definitely not working. Maybe try running through the process of SAM again by deactivating and activating.

If your IM+ keeps disconnecting, then it is not the push notification problem of your iphone but your IM+ app. Is your IM+ the latest version ?

Yes it's the latest version and not just I'm my friend but whatsapp as well. However Skype stays connected. In anycase I tried deactivating thru SAM it didn't do anything just said phone deactivated was it supposed to do something? Cause the phone radio was on and working still

You may need to try a fresh restore then.

So you are saying if it is still connected , you do get push notification. Do you have backgrounder installed, enabled it on IM+ , it should stay connected.

Did you disable the IOS Multitask ?

Do I need to disable iOS multitasking? Will the fresh restore help?

You don't have to disable IOS multitask if you don't want to, backgrouder set to native mode, but if you disable Multitask , backgrounder set to runs in foreground.

Fresh restore will not help, my iphone 4 does that too, as soon as i press Home button, it quits
