Default iPhone 4/iPad get errors loading owned firmware

    Hi,

I have both an iPad 3G and an iPhone 4 running iOS 4.3 GM. I've been trying to load a custom restore from Pwnage tool onto at least one of them (preferably the iPad) but whenever I try, I just get an error 1 in iTunes right after the screen goes white on either device.

What am I doing wrong? How should I jailbreak them?

    Thanks

Are you trying to downgrade to 4.2.1?

If you are trying to restore to a custom 4.3 firmware that error is from a bad ramdisk. You need to try and make the bundle again and redo the custom firmware.
