it made it boot loop i think thats what you would call it.
Where it would get to the skull on the start up screen then turn off, then keep doing the same, i restored it and re jailbroke it two times and still it was doing that

Restore and go to the store and say u encountered an error after à restore. I got à new iphone cuz My ip4 got into the recovery loop

Ive got rid of my iphone 3gS, Im getting a iphone 4 this week, just wondered what the bets jailbreak is to use as greenpois0n failed on me...

Do i find them in cydia (boot logos) ?

I jailbroke 5 iPhone 4's with greenpois0n last week. They are fine. I even messed up a few times while I was going at it.

I think it's the easiest to use but if you'd like to create a custom firmware with sn0wbreeze, thats fine too. It shouldn't be a problem.

Did any of them get stuck on boot up ?. is sn0wbreeze easy to use?

No they didn't get stuck at the boot logo.

Sn0wbreeze is simply creating a custom firmware and restoring to it. You must set your device in pwned dfu mode with redsn0w first before restoring to a custom fw.

so i guess greenpois0n works better on iphone 4 ?. Think im going to use that as it seems easyier

It Definetly is... Dó you care about unlock, use sn0wbreeze, if not GP, simple

I think it works equally well/not well on all devices. I've helped many people with different devices than mine and after they followed my steps, they succeeded. It just takes some retries and an extra step for it to work.

So first time when it fails what do i do ?

1) turn device off
2) follow timer in GP
3) it will probably fail, close GP but don't do anything with your device just leave it as it is
4) open GP again and do it over
5) repeat above steps until you get to click Jailbreak button
6) when that occurs, do not let go of the home button. Keep holding until all the codes are done and the apple/greenpois0n boot logo shows up.

is there anyway to get rid of the green pois0n logo as it slows down boot up ?
