Jailbreak 4.2.1 to 4.3

Hello peeps, I'm having a iPhone 4 jailbroken device. I used the greenpois0n RC 6.1 I guess, the latest one to jailbreak my iPhone 4. When I jailbreak my iPhone 4 was running on iOS 4.2.1.
Now when the new iOS comes out, the 4.3, how am I able to update without losing ANYTHING like my jailbreak , cracked apps or games ?
How ? I need help. Thanks

First off you will find no help with cracked apps. If thats what you are looking forward to not losing when upgrading then no help.
