Trouble installing Push Doctor

I have been trying to install Push Doctor but I get this message:

I have added a screenshot as well

I'm using firmware 4.1

Yes I did add the repo. Then searched for Push Doctor. Tried installing it and then get this error.

Any solutions?

Have you tried installing wget, inject and bigbosshackertools manually, then retry?
