Default Cant get out of safe mode

I've done some searching and found things, but nothing like what's happening to me.

I was messing around with my theme, moving some icons around, and then everything just froze. I restarted, and I entered safe mode. Normally, if I respring it, it takes me out, but for some reason it wont.

I haven't installed anything recently that would've caused this, I don't think, but it doesnt matter anyway because Cydia doesnt show me ANYTHING is installed. The weird thing is, all my apps are still installed on the device and work right, but they dont show up in the manage tab of cydia.

Any idea on what could be causing this or any solution?

Edit, I went into backboard and just entered into an old theme and it took me out of safe mode. The problem now is that all my sources, all my packages are still gone from cydia but still somehow appear on my springboard. None of them appear in my settings tab, though. If I go into settings, it shows me only the stock iphone apps in there. SOMEBODY HELP ME!!

SSH into your phone and navigate to var/lib/apt/list then delete everything except partial folder. Reboot. Done. Cydia will recognize that it doesn't have sources and should do a clean refresh of sources

I just tried that, and nothing changed. The thing I find to be so strange is that everything I've ever downloaded from Cydia is still on my phone...All of it works just like it used to. Its like Cydia is empty now, though. No packages, no sources. There is literally nothing anywhere in Cydia other than the first page you see when you open it.

    Try uninstalling Backboard.
