Six icon dock & sicx icon spring board

does anyone know how to get them to work? i had them before on 4.0 with no problem and now they download but dont work.
also how to get transparent keyboard to work same problem it just downloads but doesnt work when i select it in winter board?
any help is much appreciated.

people have to realize that themes and tweaks may not be updated for ios 4.2.x... and they wont work.

Also, keyboard themeing was complicated via ios 4.x...its harder to theme them.
