iPhone 4 (4.2.1) Baseband 3.10.01 - CYDIA???

Hi guys, This my first post and i wanted to know how to install Cydia to my phone.
I have a Factory unlocked iPhone 4 with 4.2.1 version.
I really need your help in installing Cydia.
I don't know if my phone is jailbroken.
Do i have to use Redsnow?

They say GreenPois0n doesn't support 3.10.01.

as far as I know greenpois0n does nothing with the baseband, so that isn't the issue, try running it again, I had a friend that had to run it 6 times before it worked

i jail broke on this today with 4.2.1 and 03.10.01 no problem, but now my cydia icon has disapeered and i can only acces cydia from sbsetting, anyone know how to fix this

Ok. I will try it then.
But if it still doesn't work then can i try installing SHS via Redsnow and then putting the cydia.deb in the applications.
Or Directly putting Cydia via Redsnow? Will it be safe?

Using Cydia will give you a tethered jb. Greenpois0n is untethered, that's why you wanna use that.

Other options include custom fw with sn0wbreeze 2.2 for Windows or new PwnageTool for Mac.

Check in sbsettings if your Cydia is hidden. Unhide it since it seems it is still in your phone.

My friend, your Cydia icon will definitely dissappear from the springboard as you have put it in the dock of sbsetting...:

If you can read English, you should be able to figure out how to use Snowbreeze. Running it and building custom firmware will not force you into restoring iphone

i have the same situation i have factory unlocked iphone4, if i use greenpoison will it affect my unlocked 4 negatively? will it stay unlocked?

1) jailbreaks don't affect unlocks, it provides a means of unlocking

2) factory unlocked is always unlocked no matter what. That's why it's called factory unlocked, not software unlocked
