help! CYDIA vanished after upgrading to 4.2 firmware
hi i upgraded my iphone 3g to 4.2 firmware/software after that i lost all apps i downloaded previously.my question is:
1. do i have to re-jailbreak my iphone?
2. what to do to install cydia back?
i dont know what program/software used to jailbreak my iphone?

Download Redsn0w and also download the 4.2.1 firmware. Then run redsn0w and select "Install Cydia" and you should have Cydia again.

hi where should i download the redsnow and how? do you mean i have to re-update my iphone again to 4.2.1 firmware? thanks

Mac Download
Windows Download
And you don't need to re-update your iPhone.
