Just upgraded to iPhone 4 (and promptly jailbroke it). I'd like to sell my also jailbroken (Greenpois0n) 3GS. Problem is that it's stuck on the Greenpois0n logo with loading animation. Neither the system nor iTunes will detect it on two different PCs with different OSs (XP, 7). Does anyone have any ideas? Does it have anything to do with having removed (and destroyed) the SIM card?

Probably doesn't have anything to do with the SIM. You didn't reset all settings on the phone, did you?

What needs to happen is you need to set it to recovery mode or DFU mode and do a restore. Then jb it again.

I should have prefaced my post with "WARNING: N00B ALERT!" Thanks for your reply, iAnnie. I figured it out in an AHA moment just after posting. Put in DFU mode, THEN launch iTunes to restore. Thanks again!
