Question about Speed Dial "hack"

I know how to set up the speed dial hack.

1.) Launch Safari
2.) Enter X.tel.qlnk.net (where X is the phone#)
3.) Select cancel
4.) Add to home screen

However, I want to know if there is a way to auto select the "call" button? I think the Google app can do this. When you select a phone number to call, it used to prompt you to call or cancel, now it just calls.

Anyone?

I don't think so, the method uses things that is native to the iPhone, so if you know how to Mod iPhone stuff then you can probably do it. But if your asking for a Cydia Tweak... There isn't one.
