How do I install mywifi on my jailbroken iPhone 4?! It coming up with resize errors. help please

You must have paid $9.99 and purchased the mywi for 3.xx, you need to upgrade to mywi4.0 by paying additional of $9.99 to get MyWi4.0 which is fully compatible with IOS 4.2.1
