I have iphone 3gs 32 gb with Untethered Jailbreak n unlock somehow i read u shouldn't turn phone off so now stuck on image below please

Your jailbreak is still tethered, do a tether boot with redsn0w . To get untehtered, run GP jailbreak after you have booted up normally.

will i need custom firmware if id can u pm with it

u don't need cfw, u need to tether boot it. try it

u need cfw only if you get error 1015 upon restoring to stock 4.2.1
