Untethered Jailbreak 4.2.1 on 3gs

I have a iphone 3GS and which has been jailbroken using Redsnow. Ive heard about Greenpoison and now that its available on windows, i want to get an untethered jailbreak.

I want to know if its safe to use Greenpoison yet? Is greenpoison stable? I mean ive heard lot of stories that apps crash and some other problems.

Also, will using green poison remove my previously installed applications or games?

How actually do i use greenpoison?

Problem solved. Apparently there is some issue with Green Poison. I re-jail broke it with Green Poison and it proceeded and works fine now.
