After doing Greenpois0n JB, the Loader app doesn't have Cydia
I have an iPhone 3GS, I upgraded to 4.2.1. I did the Greenpois0n untehered jailbreak (using Windows - I have no Mac). It seemed to work fine. Then I launched the Loader app that Greenpois0n put on my iPhone. It launches, and says loading for a few seconds, then it shows a blank window with only an Options button. And the only option is to uninstall Loader.
How do I get Cydia on my phone?
I've looked around and some say it's a wifi issue, but my wifi works fine... I even rebooted.
I've read about using Redsn0w, but that only rund on Mac.
So, any suggestions on how I get Cydia on my phone?

Use redsn0w and it doesn't only run on Mac,
1) You need to download redsn0w (latest version) and the the 4.2.1 firmware for iPhone
2) Open redsn0w and select the 4.2.1 firmware
3) Let it load, then check the "Install Cydia" button. Then press next.
4) Follow the DFU mode instructions.
5) It will install the reboot and when it reboots Cydia will be on your Springboard.

And then run greenpois0n over top of redsn0w so that the jailbreak will be untethered.

Misread, I thought he said he restored instead of rebooted.
