No Sim Card Installed
HELP! No Sim Card Installed...
Ok my sell me an iPhone 3G .
He said his son had it jailbroke and he tried to restore it and it wouldnt come on.
So, I turn it on and it shows the "Connect to iTunes" Logo.

Any help would be appreciated.

Put a sim card in it it...
Then connect it to iTunes....Hit the thanks button if i helped in anyway

Then you'll have to unlock, a tricky prospect without knowing what iOS its running. You're best off finding a friend with a pay-as-you-go phone so that they won't be hit with a data plan fee when you put their SIM in the iPhone.

Even a worn out not using sim works...
just the other day i hacktivated\officaly activated\weirdly activated my iphone with an old ipad micro sim in a sim adapter... really anything from ATT works.
