iPhone4 on 3.

i have an iphone 4 on 3 and when i jailbreak it, when i go to cydia it says page not allowed, this is because 3 blocks porn websites and potentially dangerous websites, i can go on cydia on wifi though, but is there any way 3 can unblock all websites?(im in the uk)

also, i restored it last night and now when i go to jailbreak it again today it got stuck when the code came on the screen, could this be because of my internet connection as it is very bad? thanks. (im using greenp0ison on windows xp)

if its your provider, you can't get around it. well maybe by using a proxy, but i dont think thats within the iphone's abilities. since when do ISP's block porn? Did Apple buy 3?

When you see the codes, don't let go of the home button. Keep holding it till the codes go away.

Also I don't know how to bypass carrier blocks. Some people might know but I am leaning towards that there might be a way.
