Iphone sound problem

Hi, just noticed tonight with my iphone volume turned right up, my volume is very low for calls, alerts and ipod and everything. Checked restrictions but no restriction?

Is this a hardware fault?

when your in a call\on speaker have you turned the sound up?

so call someone and then turn the sound up inside the app.
