Lost call waiting after jailbreak??

Ive been jailbroken for a couple of years and now I just jailbroke my phone 3Gs and my wifes 4 after upgrading to ios 4.2.1 and it seems like we lost the ability to turn ON call waiting! I noticed today when I called her several times and it went right to voicemail. I then texted her and she told me she was on the phone. When I go to flip the call waiting toggle under settings phone to on it gives me a message that "could not save call waiting setting." Is this a known problem or is something else causing this??

OK This has nothing to do with jailbreaking! I reset and restored my phone and the problem was still there I called ATT and it has to do with changing my plan to the unlimited cell to ANY cell texting and calling feature. Somehow internally their system flipped a switch and turned off call waiting on ALL our phones!!!! They thanked me for pointing this out and are investigating if this is happening to everybody. Crap wnet through restoring my phone for nothing...
