Theme Widgets Don't Work?

I'm new to jailbreaking and using iPhone 4 with latest firmware. I've installed a few themes with weather widgets. I can see them but they are partially hidden by icons. I also can't get the correct location in them. What am I missing?

Just missing a couple additional apps that help make all that stuff work. I recently figured put all this stuff for myself. You need iFile for the weather widgets. The themes you install are all in on ifile in one folder. I've attached a picture of my themes folder so you can see the folder path located at the top.

What you need for placing the icons wherever you want is called gridlock.

iFile and gridlock are both in cydia.

Thanks for the help. I have iFile and found the themes folder. The problem is the location on the weather widget still doesn't display the correct location. It'll say Montreal or Amsterdam. How do you get the local weather? I am able to move the icons now so that's great. Thanks!
