Error 1013 [Nothings Working] :S

ive tried un clicking the box in tiny umbrella
editing the host driver
and starting tss server with tiny umbrella
and kicking phone out of recovery but its just stuck in recovery mode where it says i gotta plug into itunes!
no idea what to do, this kinda sucks :S plzhelp
