Home search screen has the search bar on the bottom?

Does anyone know why this is? An image is attached showing that it shows at the bottom of the screen and search results appear under the dock and even off the bottom of the screen. Thanks!

It's gotta be a conflict with something (prolly a tweak) you installed. I woud use SBSettings to disable each mobilesubstrate addon you have installed. Only disable one at a time to see where the conflict is.
