How to sync new jailbroken iphone?

Hi I have an iphone and I have been doing back ups on my computer through itunes.

I just bought a new jailbroken iphone on ebay and I wanted to sync this new phone with my old phone's data, without messing up the jailbreak....is this possible? How do I do this?

I have used tinyumbrella to save my SHSH blobs from both iphones.

I am going from a 3G @ 4.2.1 to a 3gs jailbroken @ 4.1. I would appreciate any advice.

Can anyone please answer? I have been waiting to do this tonight for a friend.

If you have synced your contacts , photos , notes with 3g iphones, you can always sync back those stuffs but not all.
If you restore again to 4.1 and jailbreak it , only then you can choose to setup as a backup restore but not recommended as you may face other issues.
If you are brave to test it out, you can try.

I just did a "Restore from backup" and it restored the data from November 25th, back when my 3G was on 4.1. And its still jailbroken. That works for me! Thanks.
