Please Help Iphone 4 Wont Start

Hi everyone i have a big problem. Just today i did a complete upgrade of cydia and the upgrade looked as if it was successful. A button popped up saying reboot device which i did and now i am stuck in reboot loop i have tried irecovery and tinyumbrella with no luck. Is anyone able to help as i do not want to restore many thanks in advance.

You may not have any other choice but to restore unfortunately. Can you see the file system at any time during the boot up?

yes using i funbox i can see file system

And you said the last thing you installed was just a cydia update?

yes thats correct

I didnt see any cydia update put out today. What update were you trying to install?

it said an update is available for cydia. i chose complete update cant remember too much what was on there i kno masks were not sure about others ??

What firmware are you on and what did you use to jailbreak?

i am on firmware 4.0 and i jailbroke with jailbreakme.com

Do you have 4.0 SHSH? And are you on official carrier or do you need to unlock?

i believe i have shsh saved and no do not need unlock

I would suggest just restore to 4.2.1 and use greenpoison then: GreenPois0n
