    Default Upgrading to 4.2.1

Alright, I took a break from the jailbreaking scene so now I'm a bit out of the loop. Get me back up to speed!

I have a 3GS on 4.1 (I used PwnageTool), unlocked on T-Mobile, with the 5.12.01 baseband. I was wondering if there's a way to upgrade to 4.2.1, while preserving the unlock and baseband of course, without having a tethered jailbreak?

I heard greenpois0n came out with an untethered jailbreak a bit ago, so I was curious to see if someone took that exploit and made a custom bundle for PwnageTool?

I'm happy on 4.1, just seeing if I can upgrade to 4.2.1 untethered yet while keeping my unlock.

Use pwnagetool again to create a custom 4.2.1 ,Im not sure about a custom bundle as greenpois0n was just released a few days ago. After updating to your custom 4.2.1fw use redsn0w to hacktivate and then run greenpois0n to have an untethered jailbreak.

    Greenpois0n won't update my baseband?

greenpois0n is just a jailbreak tool. Shift + restoring to a custom firmware will update the firmware 4.2.1 but will not alter baseband.
