Does MakeItMine not work on 4.2.1?

I did the upgrade to 4.2.1 on my 3GS and jailbroke with greenpois0n. I added all my Cydia apps back and when I try to use MakeItMine from Erica it doesnt do anything. It installs fine and opens fine, but the carrier and banners do not change. Is this not compatible with 4.2.1? I reinstalled it and rebooted the iPhone with the same result.

Read some stuff on line that says Apple changed the way the carrier is handled from 4.1 to 4.2 so now MakeItMine doesnt work until its updated. Fake Operator which can be found in Cydia works to change the carrier on my 3GS at 4.2.1.
