1003 error
im jailbroken with iphone 4 4.1 ...trying to update and restore to 4.2 but when the update is done i get a 1013 error...what do i do?

Your host file is pointed at cyida thats why it is giving you a 1013. You can uncheck the box in tinyumbrella to get a clean restore or you can go into your host file and put a # symbol in front of the cydia sever ip address. Tu doesnt always work right when it comes to editing your host file back to normal.

You can either:
1: jailbreak with greenpoison after getting that error
2: open tiny umbrella, click on advanced. Deselect the box that says set hosts to cydia on exit. then close tiny umbrella and try the restore again.

Yeah, you can do your jailbreak with GP from Recovery mode.
