Cannot restore iPhone 4 4.1 to 4.2.1 with tinyUmbrella!!

Help please!
i tried everything (well, i think so). I cannot restore my iphone 4 4.1 to 4.2.1 when using tinyumbrella so as to keep my baseband. i get usually get the 1604 itunes error, sometimes 1601. The process gets stuck when it says preparing for restore. Any ideas?

p.s.: i tried restoring with another pc, uninstalling and reinstalling itunes, putting it in DFU mode, changing USB port...
