Yeah forecast works thanks much.... It's a 3GS baseband 05.15.04 bootloader 6.4 ..... Where do I go from here ? Thanks ....and on 4.2.1

Use redsn0w 0.9.6rc8 on it. You'll want to select Cydia and the baseband upgrade, when that's done go into Cydia and install ultrasn0w to unlock.

You need a stock 4.2.1 not custom, redsn0w won't recognize custom firmwares
