Looping

Help plz
I have a jail broken iphone4 4.2.1
everything was working fine until i installed Qtweet from cydia, now my phone is re-looping / restarting and freezing on the lock screen i tried to restore it but it's not working

I kinda lost hope plz can someone advice i would be really grateful

You cannot restore while your iphone is looping, put your iphone into recovery mode and do your restore. Make sure your hosts file is pointing at Apple Server.
