Please Help Me!!!!!!!!

okay I have an iphone 3g that is jailbroken and running fimware 3.1.3 the problem I am havving is that the other day cydia was showing that there were two updates available when I tried to update them (********** and another one) this is the message I got
"Note: the requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed"

So what i tried to do was delete ********** and reinstall but when I hit the confirm button I get the same message it will not download again. I also noticed that the source that is used for both of the files that had the update were from ********* (********** 4 and repo icons). Is there a way I can at least get ********** back on my device?
