Weird problem

Hi I shall try to explain my problem.
I had a 3GS that was on firmware 3.1.2 and baseband 5.11.07 jailbroken using blackra1n. All my SHSH blobs were saved so I decided to upgrade to firmware 4.1 which went successfully except I was receiving poor reception so I had to revert back to 3.1.2.

Now I am running firmware 3.1.2 with baseband 5.14.02 and in cydia I install AppSync 3.1 but because the baseband is for iOS 4.1 it wont let me install install0us 4 and brings up a dependency error message. My question is, is there any way for me to install install0us under my current situation without having to go back to iOS 4.1 or have I stuffed up?
