Just need some minor help here. How could I take iTunes app icons and save them to my hardrive?

I would like to have this one:
Compass+ for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPad on the iTunes App Store

However, you can't right-click it and save it as an image. I have tried taking a screenshot and making the cut-offs transparent but it looked terrible.
