Any downsides to downgrading iPhone 4 to 4.1? [ANSWERED]
So, today I managed to get my iPhone 4 downgraded to firmware 4.1 from 4.2.1. First it's important to mention I have no intensions of unlocking, so the baseband doesn't matter to me.
I know that I am unfortunately not able to restore from a backup after downgrading because it is an older firmware and the backup doesn't support it. That's one downside.
Is there any other downsides to look out for? Such as large bugs in the operating system. For example, is that alarm clock problem that we faced in 2010 still existing in 4.1 firmware or did that fix itself? Any downsides at all... I am strongly considering so I can get back to jailbreak land.
