re jailbreaking to latest version?

I have a JB iP4 with iOS 4.1 and am starting to wonder what I will need to do to reJB when I next choose to apply the latest JB version (say 4.3 when it's released)

I guess I install iOS 4.3 and then apply the new JB, but what about all my JB apps already installed, are they lost, or just not able to run until the new JB is applied?

You will need to restore , rejailbreak and reinstall all your apps again.
