iphone keeps crashing

Since ive updated my iphone to 4.1 it keeps crashing and restarts on certains apps as soon as i try to open the app

Any suggestion or solution for this problem?

You may have a bad jailbreak. Restore and rejailbreak again. By the way , what device are we talking about ?

im on iphone 3g

Take it back down to 3.1.3 for the best performance on that device. If you'd like to stay on 4.1, well then do as iYeow said and restore and rejb. If you take it down to 3.1.3, it will probably be more stable though.
