Hi! upgrading and jailbreaking help

My first post
I have never done a jailbreak on my own, but i am familiar with the process. I already have a jailbroken and unlocked 3gs 4.0, but i want to go ahead and do a jailbreak myself. As im aware, upgrading t0 4.21 is not a possibility, but what about 4.1 ?

-3gs 4.0
-New bootroom
-bb 05.13.04
-using windows
-have all the SHSH's from 4.0 and up
-like it to be untethered
-don't have the official carrier sim( thus need unlocking)

What are the steps and programs that need to be used?

any help would be appreciated

To be honest I would stay at 4.0.

I can try to make a 4.1 custom firmware for you so you can restore but not 100% sure If I can do it by today.

For now since you can use your phone sooner are you able to access past the lockscreen.
