Iphone 3G
Please can someone help me as I have an Iphone 3g from germany and dont have the orginal sim so when trying to activate it on my computer it says it cant as it's not the orginal sim card.
The phone was running the latest IOS 4.2.1 I think
Can anyone help me here?

You can jailbreak your 3g at 4.2.1 with redsn0w 0.9.6RC8 from Emergency screen, it will hactivate and jailbreak for you .

Is their a way to open it up and it be untethered?
Don't really want it to be tethered.
