Itunes error 13019
Unable to sync due to error code 13019 (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2830);
Any ideas out there; after googling I am told updating itunes & iOS will modify JB and unlock;
Itunes version: 9.2.1.5
iOS version: 4.0.1 (8A306)
Modem firmware: 01.59.00
SHSH: 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.1, 4.2.1, 4.2b3

No you need to be on itunes 10.xx update itunes just not your phones fw

^just finished updating the software, and the itunes library self populated and updated; unfortunately STILL getting the error..!!
open to your suggestions..

I am wondering if the following fix will erase music on laptop as well..? thank u for your time!
<<If those steps do not resolve the issue, then follow these steps:
Select the iPhone or iPod touch in iTunes under Devices.
Click the Music tab and deselect the Sync Music option.
Click Apply and then click Sync.
After the sync is complete, reselect the Sync Music option.
Click Apply and then click Sync.>>

^ i tried to deselect music; and then reselect but am still getting the same error message;
