redsn0w problem

hi im just new to jailbreaking i followed this guide. iPhone 4.2 jailbreak: How to Jailbreak iPhone 4.2 or iPod Touch With RedSn0w on iOS 4.2 - iSmashPhone iPhone Blog
everything works fine but if i decide to turn of my phone of, when i turn on my phone back on it will just stay stuck on the apple logo unless i reboot it in redsn0w. can anyone help?

You have a tethered jailbreak with a 3gs or iphone 4 on 4.2.1fw which means every time you shut your phone off you have to run redsn0w and "enter boot tethered" then follow the instructions to put your phone into dfu mode then it will turn on.

Thank ipitts wasn't aware I had to plug in and do the reboot every time I turned my iPhone of!
