SBSetttings question?

I recently got Sbsettings and then Sbswitcher on my iPhone 3G - 4.2.1 so i could access my Ssbset on my multi-tasking dock, I also have Scrollboard so i can scroll through my dock.

The other day I saw this guy on Youtube with all those apps I've mentioned. On his scrollboard he scrolled all the way to the left and he had his Sbsettings on the scrollboard. When i scroll all the way to the left on my ScrB it just stops at 'volume' and 'display brightness' but if i scroll all the way to the left in my multi-tasking window thing (double tap home) i get to my sbsettings..

How can I get Sbsettings on my scrollboard??
