thanks for the reply mate.just now i tried the tinyumberlla this time i got the 1600 error.
oh my god i finally made it after a long time!!!! cool i got my phone back and thanks for the replies. So here is the process i did:
1.First i tried to jailbreak my phone with the greenpois0n then it brought my phone out of the recovery mode but it stucked at the green color screen then again i did the same thing of-course it failed but this time my screen turned in to black but in this step i came of out of the recovery mode.
2.Then i just used redsn0w for "just boot tethered right now" then it booted my phone but i stucked at pineapple symbol with a repeated battery sound.
3.Then i opened itunes there i got my phone and synced with itunes but my screen stucked at pineapple symbol so i restored it to original 4.2.1 firmware thats it i got the 1015 error as expected.indeed i am very happy to see that error.

4.Then i used redsn0w to put my phone in pwned dfu mode then i restored it using the custom firmware.
5.Then jailbreaked and unlocked using redsn0w and ultrasn0w.
And once again thanks to everyone who replied to my post.thank you

Good stuff, guys. I've had a similar problem I've been fighting with for two weeks, and no-one seemed to be able to solve it. In the early days, I had removed the battery, but I figured I might as well do it again. I left it disconnected for about an hour. When I tried to restore, it came back with error 1600! I tried again -
1st try - error 9
2nd try - error 1618
3rd try - error 14
because it was inconsistent, on the 4th try I shifted it to a rear (direct mounted) usb port.
It worked! Bizarre, but it worked.
Have some Brownie points on me

Just discovered a rather interesting bit to add to this puzzle. Now that the phone is working, I plugged it into the front usb port and it won't charge, I get a message saying that this device (meaning the port) cannot charge! Yet it works in the rear port.
The only difference between the ports is that the front one is connected internally via a cable. This port works fine when anything else is plugged in to it, but obviously the iPhone is particularly sensitive to where it's plugged into the PC. I'm wondering whether this could also affect the data transfer, thus causing the erratic results I was getting.
Who'd have guessed!

in that case, 3gs batteries seem to be a bit tough. it can hold the charge for quite a while. I would recommend having someone open it for you and remove the battery. Otherwise, you might have to wait two weeks. Do not plug it. keep it on. i dont know how else to drain it.

it works
So the solution is to remove the battery - I had the white screen and couldn't get rid of it, so I disassembled the 3GS to the step where you remove the logic board(you have to remove it, the battery is connected to the back of it), and left it open a few minutes - then I assembled it, restored again to 4.3.3 using TinyUmbrella and it worked..
The guides I used:
Disassembly: iPhone 3G and 3GS Battery Replacement Guide - Fix it Yourself! - YouTube
Downgrade: How to Downgrade iOS 5.0.1 to iOS 4.3.3 For Untethered Jailbreak
Good luck!
